The service from Sleeping-Out is excellent and there are no improvements to be made. I expected a delayed reply or no reply at all when I first communicated via the site, but to my surprise, the responses were very quick and the payment options were much quicker and within a day I received a notification that all was sorted ! This was indeed a great experience as it was quick and hassle free.
