Oudtshoorn
I love Oudtshoorn. The town has a lovely feel about it, the prettiest houses with lovely verandas and lots of broekies lace ( the ornate ironwork found on the Victorian houses)

Oudtshoorn is a real gem of the Klein Karoo. The people are super friendly and helpful. There is also much more to do than you would think, as well as there being lots of excellent eateries. We enjoy ouselves there every time we go (which is not nearly enough!).

Park your car and walk up and down all the streets - there are so many hidden gems !! One of the most beautiful towns we have visited in South Africa.

Lovely, clean town with so much to do you cannot just stay 2 nights, need a whole week to visit all the attractions, the lovely curio shops and eat in some of the world-famous restaurants. Nice, friendly people; want to retire there one day !!
