Knysna is often underrated . The place, especially from the Talesien, is a chapter from the most glamourous stays in our memoirs .

Knysna is a town with everything you need to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the garden route. There are markets and restaurants and plenty of accommodation in town and outside town in the beach and forest communities surrounding. Visitors can enjoy boating the lagoon, hiking the primordial indigenous forest remnants, montane fynbos, coastal cliffs, dunes, wetlands, and vast beaches, many parks and reserves for exploring nature.

Knysna, with its breath-taking views and idyllic location, is always the perfect getaway. Be it a quiet weekend or fun-filled holiday, there is always something for everyone; from craft markets and shops, to top notch eateries. The environment is such that one is both close to convenience stores and near to nature at its best. The fact that Knysna is along the breath-taking Garden Route simply adds to its allure.
