Southern Africa Reviews
Knysna, with its breath-taking views and idyllic location, is always the perfect getaway. Be it a quiet weekend or fun-filled holiday, there is always something for everyone; from craft markets and shops, to top notch eateries. The environment is such that one is both close to convenience stores and near to nature at its best. The fact that Knysna is along the breath-taking Garden Route simply adds to its allure.

Plettenberg Bay never fails to disappoint - especially at this time of year (Feb) when it is not crowded, parking is available and the weather is superb!

Franskraal was great. The beaches were beautiful, uncommercialised, clean and had walkways for pedestrians. Locals were all very friendly. It's just a short distance from Gansbaai town where you can shop for just about anything. Great stay

Port Alfred is a lovely small town, we had a very relaxing stay. The town is neat and clean and everyone is very friendly. We enjoyed the trip up the river on the barge and enjoyed the breath-taking sites along the Kowie River. It the perfect getaway for a weekend away as it is not too far from East London. The restaurants we went to were great, we had excellent service and fantastic food. Port Alfred is a must for anyone who wants a weekend away with a difference.
