203 First Beach is an up-market, very comfortable, self-catering bachelor apartment, with all the amenities and with views (from the balcony) of the famous “Clifton Beaches”. 2nd floor apartment : 57 Victoria Rd, Clifton.

There is a queen size bed and a double pull-out sleeper couch - sleeping up to 4 people (at a squeeze). Recently tiled & renovated, the sleeping/living area also has a 4-seater-dining table & a table with 2 chairs on the balcony. It can be used as a special honeymoon retreat, family beach-holiday get-away, or for the business executive who wants to unwind in style. The self-catering kitchen is fitted with:

-Crockery & cutlery
-Linen & towels are provided.

203 is fitted with an effective air conditioner/heater/de-humidifier which ensures total comfort and superb sleep in all the extreme weather conditions that Cape Town experiences. The bathroom has a basin, shower & toilet. There is also a TV & DVD for your enjoyment.

203(or206) may be used in conjunction with 1 another for bigger parties or larger families wishing to stay together ,at the same time , enjoying a certain level of privacy from 1 another . they are on the same floor of the same block , with their front doors less than 10 meters apart. For example we have accommodated guests where a family of 4 stayed in both apartments, parents in 203 and kids in 206 , other guests have included 3 businessmen with 2 sharing 203 and 1 in 206. the options are numerous, feel free to contact us for advice on how to cater for a bigger party of people in first beach, Clifton.

Directions
From CT airport......

Get onto the highway into town and follow it all the way through to the Waterfront entrance.

i) Go through the Waterfront (turn right at the robots at the end of the official highway, the new Arabella Sheraton will be on your left diagonally across the intersection) or

ii) Carry on through 2 intersections and at the 3rd one ,(all the intersections have robots) turn right.

Stay on this road (with the sea closest on your right) and it will take you past Sea Point -which is a suburb about 5km long- , then past Bantry Bay (all signposted), and then you reach Clifton. From the Clifton signpost (winding road), the flats are about 1km on the left hand side (“ First Beach”, blue sign on the wall). Remember the address is:

57 Victoria Rd and it is the closest Rd to the sea on your right.
