There is the local Long Beach mall for all your shopping needs and movie theatres, Noordhoek Farm village with superb restaurants in a tranquil setting. Just 10min away you will find Kalk bay with antique shops, art galleries, café’s, bars, restaurants, not to mention the harbour.

We are en route to Cape Point and Chapman’s peak drive which leads you into to Hout Bay (beach / harbour/ village) continue your drive and you are in the Constantia Winelands. Continue even further and you will find yourself near Kirstenbosch botanical gardens and before you know it you be on you way to Cape Town central( 35min away)

Whale season
During Whale Season, The Southern Wright Whales swim through False Bay on their way to the Antarctic. From the luxury of the lounge, Kitchen, Dining room, terrace, pool area and all four front bedrooms windows you can watch the whales breach, lob, spray and play. You have no better view!

Directions
When you leave the Airport follow the signs for the N2 and Cape Town. You drive westerly along the N2 until you see the signs that indicate Muizenberg (M3).
You need to turn off at the M3 and head south. You will see that the freeway ends.
At this point you have a choice of two routes right takes you through the mountains over Ou Kaapse Weg. Left takes you along the coastal route..either Boyes Drive or the Main road. Either route is more or less the same distance and equally beautiful.
Where the freeway ends turn right to travel through the mountains over Ou Kaapse Weg. All you need to do is follow the road over Silvermine to Fish Hoek. It is well sign boarded and easy to follow.
Turning the Left option takes you on the coastal route. At the end of the freeway ramp turn left. Drive along the Steenberg road taking the right lane. You will reach traffic lights where you will turn Right onto the main road. At this point you can continue along the main road and this will lead you all the way through to Fish Hoek.
Alternatively
Take the Boyes Drive turning which clearly sign posted on your Right and head towards Kalk Bay. This route has stunning views of False Bay. At the Traffic Lights turn Right and this leads you into Fish Hoek

To Find Oceans Echo
Continue the road straight ahead. Drive through the Town along the Main road until you come to a Round about. Turn Left towards SimonsTown. Travel along until you reach a set of Traffic lights. Here you will turn Right towards the mountain. Take your first turn Left into Echo Road and continue the road all the way until you are virtually at the end. Oceans Echo is a khaki colored, modern styled villa on the Left hand sea side of the road. You wont miss it!!
