Directions
From The Airport: Take the Cape Town exit over the bridge onto the N2. Travel towards Table Mountain on the N2 CITY for approximately 11km. Go past the M5 Muizenberg / Mowbray turnoff. Do not take this turnoff. Take the next turnoff which says M3 Muizenberg. The M3 is the main connecting road from the city and Waterfront to the Southern Suburbs. Continue on the M3 (approx 10km) and take the Ladies Mile M39 off ramp. Turn right at first traffic lights and continue down Ladies Mile Road. At the traffic circle, take the first exit left. On your right hand side will be a school and on your left will be a small shopping centre. Follow the road around the school. The road you are in now is Heerengracht Avenue. Turn left at the stop street. This is Bergvliet Road. Turn 1st right into Jeffcoat Avenue; continue along to No. 17 Jeffcoat Avenue, Ascot Lodge (ring office bell at the gate). Turn 1st left into Hiddingh Road. Ascot Villa is 30 Hiddingh Road and next house is Ascot Mews 28 Hiddingh Road. Turn 1st left into Eksteen Avenue and ring bell at No. 6 for Ascot House. The office is at No.8 EKSTEEN AVENUE on the corner.
