Ashby Manor is a large Edwardian house situated in High Level Road in the exclusive area of Fresnaye. It is self catering with a fully equipped kitchen and large sunny dining room and lounges for the communal use of the guests.

Each bedroom has DSTV, a bar fridge and a lock up cupboard for provisions in the kitchen. There are ten bedrooms ranging from single to four bedded rooms. There are wraparound balconies leading from some of the rooms with wonderful views over Sea Point and the ocean & also mountain views.

Service is included in the tariffs and we have a reputation for a high standard of cleanliness. Our staff are very friendly and the needs of the tourist are attended to with enthusiasm.

Ashby Manor - Drive approximately 17 km on the N2 until you reach Cape Town. Take the Strand Street route through town and continue along the road which changes at the traffic lights to High Level Road. Continue along High Level Road for about 4 to 5 km. On the right hand side after Avenue Normandie and just before Avenue DiSandt you will see a very tall Victorian House called Ashby Manor. The street number is 242, High Level Road, Fresnaye and there is a bus stop outside 4047.
