Staff will assist you with recommendations for restaurants and regional activities. Set in attractive gardens, the Lodge is spacious and comfortable. Facilities include a large, airy lounge, separate dining room with patio, bar area and swimming pool. Our rooms are spacious, comfortable and equipped with all amenities.

Our guests’ supreme comfort has been sought and our warm, welcoming lodge is fully equipped to cater for every need. A sparkling, fenced pool is set at the bottom of the sunny garden – the perfect place to soak up the sun. A comfortable private guest lounge with a patio overlooking the swimming pool invites you to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the “English Country” garden.

For your peace of mind the property is security fenced and parking is secure off the street.

Bayside Lodge is perfectly positioned with its proximity to one of Plett’s magnificent beaches, the pristine and unspoilt Robberg Beach, the Robberg Nature Reserve, shopping centres, restaurants, sporting facilities (including world class golf courses) and is the perfect base from which to explore. Magnificent beaches, majestic mountains, mysterious forests, tranquil lagoons, dolphin and whale watching, nature reserves and the pansy shells found along the beaches characterize Plettenberg Bay and its surrounding areas. How to find us:
• Coming from Knysna on the N2 turn right at the roundabout (traffic circle) at Shell Ultra City OR
• Coming from Port Elizabeth on the N2 turn left at the roundabout (traffic circle) at Shell Ultra City
• Continue straight along Marine Drive. At the “Dolphin Circle” go straight down the hill towards the sea
• Cross a small bridge, continue straight over the roundabout (traffic circle)
• Turn right into Longships Drive (opposite the Kwikspar shopping centre), traveling until you have gone over a speed hump (± 800m)
• Turn LEFT into Fowey Rocks Road (at our signboard)
• Turn right at the next intersection pass over another speed hump
• Turn LEFT into Sanganer Avenue
• Bayside Lodge is No. 5, a light-coloured face brick house, the third house on the right-hand side of the road.
