Your hosts Edy and Rina offer warm hospitality in an informal friendly atmosphere, where they dedicate their time in assisting guests to make their stay memorable.

Oudtshoorn is the principle town of the Little Karoo, founded in the late 1850’s. It is situated between the majestic Outeniqua and Swartberg mountains of the Southern Cape.

Oudtshoorn achieved its fame as the ostrich feather capital of the world in the late 1800’s, when ostrich feathers became the height of fashion in Europe. Even though the industry suffered a major decline after the First World War, due to the changes in fashion, the industry is at present going through a major revival with the renewed demand for feathers, meat and leather. The area also boasts the magnificent natural beauty of the Cango Caves.

Drive 1.75km's down Langenhoven Road, (this is the main road to George R29/N12), from the main intersection in town. You will see our sign on the rubbish bins and on the pole in the centre of the road. We are 50m up Plein Street which is a left turn off Langenhoven Road. OR coming from George, we are the FIRST
