Castaways cottages are situated in Southport on the KZN south coast, 100km from Durban, and 75 km from Durban international airport. the south coast has plenty to offer, from internationally recognized Blue Flag Beaches, which play host to a number of water activities which include Kite boarding, Fishing and Swimming. Nature Trails, River Rafting and Bungee Jumping are also popular choices and not forgetting some of the best Golf courses that south Africa has to offer.

They sleep 4/ 6 people per unit… no animals allowed, non smoking. There are two units both have the following:
- two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds… linen provided)
- lounge with sleeper couch
- DSTV (bring own smart card & decoder) and DVD player
- bathroom with shower (bring own towels)
- full kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle etc
- garden with braai area
- secure parking for one car per unit

- 150 meters to main swimming beach with lifeguards and tidal pool
- Within 50 meters of popular Italian restaurant
- Within 100 meters of 2 pub and grills
- 5 min walk to café and petrol station

Directions
situated 100 km south from Durban and +-75 km from Durban international airport, you will take the Hibberdene off ramp (R102) and turn left. You will carry on the R102 for +- 13 km's until you see a Total garage on your left hand side (sea side). you will then take the first road left after the garage and then will just follow the signs to Castaways.
