Gordon’s Bay is a small, picturesque seaside village in the corner of False Bay nestled between the aqua blue ocean of False Bay and the stunning Helderberg & Hottentots Holland Mountains. The white sandy beach known as Bikini Beach is well known for its safe swimming. The beachfront is lined with restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, bookstores and curio shops. In the new harbour, one can reserve boat trips or deep sea fishing charters. Being only 30 minutes away from Cape Town, we offer the ideal stopover to or from the Garden Route, and the last retreat before you hit the buzzing Mother City. Stellenbosch wine route is only 30 minutes drive away which follows onto Franschhoek. Golf courses such as Erinvale and Arabella are close by.

A stone’s throw away from the beach, you need not have a car when you stay with us during your visit to Gordon’s Bay. We have a perfect swimming beach not even 80 paces from your doorstep. All the best restaurants in Gordon’s Bay are also within a short walk.

Directions
Take the Gordon's Bay turn-off from the N2. It is called Sir Lowry Drive, follow this road for approximately 5.5km's. When you get to the T-junction cross over Faure Marine drive and left into Watt Street. At the next stop street turn right into Van der Bijl Street. Continue down the hill until you reach Beach Road. Turn left into Beach Road at the bottom of Van Der Bijl. 1km further you will find Gordon's Beach Lodge. Look out for a white building with a green roof and a bay window.
