Check-out is up to 10.00am (or later if possible, depending on whether other guests are checking into your unit on your departure day).

The unit consists of 2 bedrooms, main en-suite bathroom with bathtub & overhead shower, second en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, lounge, self-catering kitchen & balcony. We manage one 2-bedroom unit in Greenmarket Place, sleeping 8 persons. The below rates include for the minimum first 3 persons sharing, thereafter an additional surcharge applies. The below rates apply for a stay of 5 nights or more. Shorter stays are subject to an additional surcharge on the daily rates. During certain high peak periods like Christmas, Easter, etc., the applicable rates will be higher than the below rates, for certain portions of any month. Our rates include parking (VAT N/A), but exclude meals, daily servicing & refundable Damage/Security Deposit of R 1000 payable together with the rental balance on checking in. Children over the age of 12yrs charged as adults.
