HOUSE GIVERNY is a unique and private house with swimming pool within easy walking distance of Franschhoek's Main Street with its delightful arts and craft shops and many fine restaurants. The house is equipped with a full kitchen and laudry room and perfectly positioned for exploring the various wine farms of the Cape Winelands, as well as golf courses, fly fishing and horse riding.

Unwind beside the swimming pool. Bring your walking shoes, bathing costume, binoculars and comfortable clothing and you don't want to leave. Off-street parking in a very safe area. Although the house is self-catering and has a beautiful kitchen, it is possible to have breakfast at the neighbouring guest house Plumwood Inn.

Roel & Lucienne at Plumwood Inn are there any time if you need any advice regarding restaurants, golf courses etc.

Picture is the plan of the house.

From Cape Town Follow the N1 north and turn off at Klapmuts. Go to the right, cross 4-way-stop. Turn left towards Franschhoek. Continue for about 10 km. At the T-junction, turn right. Continue on the R45 towards Franschhoek. After 20 kilometres you enter the village. At the end you will see the Huguenot Monument. About 300 meters before the Monument, turn right into Reservoir Street (corner Post Office). Then, the first street to the left and it is the second house on the right.
