Hunters Rest is a sub-tropical paradise conveniently situated in the Magaliesberg Mountains. It offers excellent conference facilities for up to 250 people in both an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The high standard of these facilities, the fine cuisine and professional attention has ensured the regular return of most of South Africa's top companies and institutions.

It is a little over an hour in travelling time from either Johannesburg or Pretoria, and is close to Rustenburg and Sun City. Hunter's and the surrounding area is steeped in history and interests. Guests can discover more about the illustrious Rex family.

Our conference rooms are fully equipped with the latest presentation aids. Other special arrangements include formal banquets, Smorgasbord and poolside braai. Excellent cuisine and incredible weekend spreads are prepared by the chef to be enjoyed by all. Theme evenings can be arranged.

Directions
From the M1 split left onto the N1 Roodepoort concrete highway. Come off at 14th Avenue next to Hillfox. Turn right at the bottom of the off-ramp and right again onto the M1. Continue along the M47 over all the stop streets and over the 4 way stop at the R28 where there is a Zenex service station on the far left. The road now becomes the N14. Further on you will come to a T-Junction at the R563 with another Zenex service station on the opposite side. Turn right and then split left back onto the N14. Carry on until the T-Junction at the R24. Turn right. This road will lead to Magaliesburg, out the other side and on towards Rustenburg. Hunter's Rest is 12 km before Rustenburg on the left hand side.
