If you have been dreaming of a special breakaway and you want a real bush experience, our 3000 ha game farm in the most untainted area is the answer. Nestled deep in the heart of the
Waterberg Biosphere you will find a huge variety of fauna, flora, rivers and springs. An abundance of bird life and game can be seen. You are in nearest contact to nature.
You can use 60 km of roads on the farm with your own vehicle but you can also book a game drive in an open Landrover. The very cosy bush lodge fully equipped for all your needs
is available for self catering and fully catered as well.
You spend your time in total privacy, we book in only one group, there are no other people. The lodge is built in a circle, focusing a 1500 years old fig tree. If you are lucky, you can hear the jackals in the evening.
The bush lodge is built with nature stones and has got thatched roofs. Each chalet has got 2 beds and bathroom en suit. The chalets are nice furnished and decorated and there is Electricity. Small pets allowed. We provide towels, linen, fire wood and kitchen service once a day. There is a bbq place, stove/oven/fridge/freezer, etc.
Enjoy the day activities and at night share stories around the fire.
If you book the self catering bush lodge (9 km far from the main lodge) the lodge and also the 3000 ha are exclusively yours!
The stylish main lodge with the thatched river song cottage can get booked only fully catered.
We provide delicious food for you.
There is a nice pool, Gym, DSTV, a bar and a spot for game watching. All rooms have got bathroom en suite.
Activities: Clay target shooting, pistol shooting at our shooting range, walking, stalking, (also guided) biking, motor biking, quad biking, game drives, a trip to lion farm near by etc.
Before you book our self catering lodge, please make sure, that you really like nature, the bush and animals without being afraid. Our lodges are not a holiday resort with entertainment like a Spa etc.
Our roads are in good conditions, but not suitable for lowered sports cars.
You also should be aware, that this area here is not yet covered all over with cell reception.
We also advise you to pay the balance in cash, our slowly Telkom line doesn`t allow a credit card machine!
Latest check in is 19.00 o clock strictly. Later arrival only by special arrangement!!!
Distance: 330 km from the Airport Joburg, 270 km form German School PTA!!!

Activities: you can book game drives in an open vehicle but you are allowed to do game drives with your own vehicle. There are roaming 12 species of antelopes, Giraffes, Zebras, Hogs etc.
You can do clay target shooting, .22 or practise hand gun shooting at our shooting range. You can walk, stalk, bike, motor or quad biking (with your own equipment) on 60 km roads. We can take you to a walk to bushman paintings and we can arrange a game drive to a white lion reserve near by.
Our offer includes linen, towels, fire wood and room/kitchen service once a day.
We offer you as well our main lodge, accommodation in the “River Song Cottage”, only fully catered with breakfast, lunch and a 3 course dinner. There is a big pool, Gym facilities DSTV, shooting range, equipped bar and a stoop, where you can watch the animals. |
