This newly renovated beach house has an excellent location with wonderful breaker views and is on a dune directly on the beach.
The house has direct access to a magnificent sandy beach, blue flag status, while the river mouth and lagoon are within 10 minutes walk. You can swim right in front of the house very safe or walk a few meters to join swimmers at the main beach.

The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two are en suite. Two large decks with wonderful views. Even when the South Easter is blowing one can sit on the rear deck, see the sea while experiencing no wind.

You come here to enjoy the tranquility, views, nature and safety the area offers. The only noise you will hear is that of the waves and you will hardly ever see a car in the street, except during Christmas and Easter holidays.

Stilbaai is on the banks of the picturesque Goukou River. Famous for its endless beaches. Walk alongside the beach to extensive shell middens left by prehistoric peoples and view ancient stone fish traps that are still in use. There is also a big eel hole you can visit. Nature reserves nearby. Well stocked grocery stores. Swim through the river and buy your fresh fish at the picturesque harbour area.

Comprehensive sporting amenities ranging from a nine-hole golf course, two bowling greens, tennis and squash courts in conjunction with the mild climatic conditions and low rainfall. Still Bay is all about nature and tranquility, with hardly any crime in the area.

Please note that the house is rented as a unit - no separate rooms to let. Minimal rental two days. From 14 December till 17 January the house is only available for 1 week rental at a time - No shorter options available.

Directions
Drive on N2 between Riversdale and Albertinia, take turn-off to Stilbaai (24km from N2). Once in Stilbaai, do not cross the bridge, carry straight on in Hoofweg-Oos. Hoofweg-Oos changes into Gordon street at the dune at the main beach. Carry on in Gordon street (not De Vos street as indicated on the Google map- Gordon str is the name), drive around Lappiesbaai holiday chalets and where the road joins Gordon street again you will see no. 22 - this is Suidenrus.
