This apartment, situated within the safety of a complex, boasts a view of all four of Cliftons world-renowned beaches. Located on the fifth floor of the complex, this mostly-tiled, cosy apartment is easy to access either via the stairwell or the lift, and has immediate access to the beach, which is literally a two-minute walk away even when burdened with all your beach paraphernalia.

An intercom is provided to further ensure safety and convenience, and parking is available. The outside parking above the indoor garage gives a stunning view of the ocean directly below. Valhalla is part of an older complex, which means that while the apartment has a modern look and ambience, it is a good deal more spacious than its contemporary counterparts.

he bedroom has built-in cupboards and a king-sized bed. The bedrooms radio alarm clock will ensure that early risers can enjoy the Capes fabulous sunrises, which are almost as stunning as the sunsets. The en-suite bathroom boasts a bath with an in-bath-shower, which is enclosed in clear glass. A guest toilet is also available to ensure privacy if visitors should drop by.

The dining room and adjoining lounge are fully carpeted, and both have ocean views. A TV and radio are provided for those nights when staying in holds the most allure, and can be enjoyed while lazing on an incredibly comfortable couch. The balcony is accessible from the lounge, and a braai (barbeque) is provided for relaxed afternoons of cooking with friends, as well as sun loungers for those who want to work on a tan while enjoying the view of the ocean.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and has all the mod cons to make a holiday more enjoyable. Whip up a feast on the cooker or warm up food in the microwave. Enjoy a steaming mug of coffee or tea to get the morning started, and for those who prefer not to take home a suitcase full of dirty clothes, the property has full washing facilities.

Directions
In order to get to Clifton from the airport take the N2 southbound, following the signs to Cape Town, going past the townships and the cooling towers.

You will then see signs for the M3 to Muizenberg (to the left) or M3 to Cape Town (to the right). Continue to follow the signs to Cape Town.

The N2 merges with the M3, and shortly afterwards will split into De Waal Dr (the left two lanes) and Eastern Boulevard (the three right hand lanes). Stay in the right hand lanes.

Follow Eastern Boulevard to the end (a large intersection with signs to the V&A Waterfront to the right) where it runs into Buitengracht Street. Go directly into Buitengracht St, and continue straight up towards the mountain. At the 3rd intersection turn right into Somerset Rd. This road will become Sea Point Main Rd.

Follow this road all the way straight until you get to a set of traffic lights where the road forks into 2. Do not go straight! Take the road where it bends slightly to the right, which also becomes Regent Street, and follow it right to the end . Here you will hit a traffic circle where you turn left into Queens Rd (up towards the mountain) and then take the 1st right into Victoria Rd. You will now be in Bantry bay.

Carry on along Victoria Rd with the ocean on your right hand side. This road will lead you through Bantry Bay and into Clifton. Valhalla is number 46 on your right hand side. You will see a large sign outside.
