"Valley Heights" is situated in the quiet and leafy suburb of Upper Kenilworth, close to all tourist attractions, Cavendish Square Shopping Centre, fine restaurants and Newlands Cricket and Rugby grounds. It is within easy access of Cape Town, the False Bay and Atlantic Seaboards. Situated 1km from the Kingsbury and Claremont Hospitals , the Kenilworth Clinic and the Cape Fertility Clinic + Medical specialists.

Valley Heights is a "Wi - Fi" Hotspot & offers accommodation for up to 16 guests in two family units, with new kitchens, and four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All units have T.V's & a lock-up safe. Full English breakfasts are served in the spacious dining area overlooking the garden/pool area. There is also a self -catering option available in 2 of the units.
Bruce & Jeanie (Your hosts) live in a separate cottage in the grounds which ensures guest's privacy in the main Guest House.

All units have a TV with M-Net + shared satellite TV + a bar fridge, safe and kettle.
Two units offer a self - catering option with Bar fridges, ovens and microwave. The 2 Self-Catering units have their own entrances opening onto a tranquil garden / pool area with gazebo and barbecue facilities.
The other 4 non self-catering units have a barbecue facility - which is exclusively for their own use - and is situated on the main patio overlooking the garden / pool area.

Valley Heights offers Credit card facilities plus offers secure off street parking and is close to public transport.

Directions
From Cape Town Airport - take the N2 highway to Cape Town. After about 12km take the Muizenberg (M3) turnoff past UCT. After about 5km a SHELL garage is on your left called "Paradise Motors". Take next exit (Sign M33) = Paradise Road. Proceed to traffic circle and take M152 to Kenilworth along Newlands Road. At the top of Newlands Road, take the LEFT fork into Tennant Road. The first road to the left in Tennant Road is Oak Avenue. Proceed to No. 36 Oak Avenue (“Valley Heights”). It has a green hedge around the property. It is situated at the corner of Oak and Valley Roads. Ring the bell and we will open the vehicle security gates for you to enter the property.
