The villa has 4 air conditioned (heating & cooling) bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (bath and shower), and queen size beds. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed while the fourth has two single beds.

It is self-catering, with a fully equipped open plan kitchen (microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, a large side-by-side fridge/freezer, and cutlery). The kitchen continues into an open plan dining and lounge areas, both of which have air-conditioning(heating & cooling). In the lounge is a TV set, DSTV decoder, and a Sony Home Theater System. A covered patio, with piped music from the lounge, and a great sea view, provide a perfect spot for a braai (barbecue) and relaxation. The patio, with folding doors, opens onto a large balcony for sun lounging while enjoying the sea view. "Behind" the house is a well maintained plunge pool, next to which is a Sauna room. Linen, towels and toiletries are provided. The villa has a laundrette with a washing machine and tumble dryer, while the resort provides dry-cleaning and laundry services. All guests will be provided with daily housekeeping.

The villa is located within San Lameer Golf Estate, which is nestled on the South Coast of South Africa's Kwazulu-Natal Province.

Directions
San Lameer is just off the N2 highway, 160km or 90 minutes drive from Durban International Airport. From Durban International Airport take the N2 highway south until you get to a Toll-Gate in Port Shepston. At the Toll-Gate, proceed straight south along the R61 road for about 30km, passing Shelly Beach, Margate, Ramsgate, Southbroom and Manaba Beach turn-offs. After Manaba Beach turnoff is San Lameer.
