ACCOMMODATION - Misty Valley Lodge offers comfortable and luxurious accommodation where you have a choice of lodge chalets, lakeside chalets or lakeside log cabins. Accommodation facilities are serviced daily for your convenience. Self catering and family units are available.

RESTAURANT & BAR - The Knight and Boar Restaurant greets the day with a hearty breakfast of fruit, cereals, sizzling bacon, fresh eggs, sausages and home baked breads. Lunch is tasty pub fare where our chef’s special touch is evident. Dinner is a choice of either a two course or a three course meal, our experienced chef’s will take care of all your culinary needs to ensure you never forget a single meal. Only the freshest ingredients are used and we are knowledged in Halaal and vegetarian meals.

The Mad Dog in the Fog pub will ensure that you experience many moments reminiscing about that “big one” that got away. The fireplace will warm you on those cold winter nights along with the homely atmosphere that makes for a very cosy setting.

CONFERENCING - Misty Valley Lodge’s tranquil ambiance creates the ideal atmosphere for promoting creative and productive thinking. We have a fully equipped conference venue fitted with underfloor heating and a cosy fireplace where we cater for up to 100 delegates. This room can be divided into two smaller conference or meeting rooms.

TEAM BUILDING - Our team building packages are unique for each company. A Misty Valley Lodge representative will meet with your company to ascertain your requirements. A wide range of activities are offered and nationally and/or internationally qualified instructors present the courses ensuring all aspects of safety are adhered to.

FLY FISHING - STILLWATER TROPHY TROUT
• Two stillwaters, approximately 3 hectares, are stocked biannually with rainbow and golden trout (500g - 4.5kg).
• Guided trout fishing along 15km of the Gladdespruit River (by prior arrangement).
• Guided fishing along 3km of the Komati River for yellowfish (by prior arrangement).

Follow the N4 from Witbank towards Belfast, turn right at Machadodorp.

Take the Badplaas road (R541).

After 13km turn left on the Slaaihoek road, continue for a further 12km and turn right at Misty Valley Lodge.
