Inkungu Estates, in the majestic Champagne Valley (Central Drakensberg) oozes charm, luxury and warm hospitality.

Directions
If you are coming from JOBurg, rather take the Kwa Kwa/Bergville road from Harrismith. Make sure you don't go through to Kwa Kwa, but turn LEFT at the first BERGVILLE turn-off. This takes you past the Sterkfontein dam (on your RIGHT) past Little Switzerland and on to Bergville. Pass Bergville on your LEFT, and on to WINTERTON. As you enter the town you will notice the R300 turning RIGHT towards the mountains. Take the R600 , pass a big INKUNGU signboard on your LEFT (20 km to go).. and on to Thokosiza cross roads where you will see the INKUNGU signpost on your RIGHT. There is a tourist centre on your LEFT. * Continue on the R600 past the Champagne Sports Resort on your LEFT. Pass the Drakensberg Sun turn off on your RIGHT. After about 500 m you will see the INKUNGU signboard on your LEFT. (D19) Follow the signs from there for 2,4 Km. You will cross a single lane bridge and turn LEFT, passing the Monk's Cowl Golf Club on your LEFT. Carry on with the D19 until you see big pillared steel gates, the entrance to INKUNGU ESTATES on your RIGHT. Veer LEFT to Inkungu Lodge.

From Durban on the N3 you proceed to the ESCORT NORTH/GIANT CASTLE off-ramp. Turn LEFT on to the R 10 which takes you past the Giant's Castle turn-off on your LEFT and on past LOSKOP on to crossroads at THOKOSIZA (craft village on your LEFT) Turn LEFT here at the R600, keeping Thokozisa on your LEFT. Continue with the directions as given above from *. The alternative route is to continue past Escort on the N3, pass the ULTRA-CITY and turn LEFT at the next off-ramp and proceed to WINTERTON then follow directions as above
