Between game drives, guests can laze on the pool deck, curl up in our lounge or in the cool shade of the veranda, with a good read from our well-stocked library, or enjoy the varied bird life and plains game from our viewing decks. Our children’s programme, including bush walks, animal orphanage, supervised swimming and wildlife-related learning activities, ensures that children are entertained and engaged, leaving adults free to enjoy the restful intimacy of the Eastern Cape Bush.

Hlosi offers four double/ twin suites, and two family suites. Ranged along the slope of a hill, each suite has its own viewing deck, welcoming lounge and fireplace, and sumptuous bathroom with spa bath and a choice of inside or open-air showers. The two-room family suites offer en-suite bathrooms in each room, indoor and outdoor showers, as well as an outdoor spa bath from which to enjoy your personal view of the Eastern Cape night sky. All suites have air conditioners (hot and cold) and underfloor heating, as well as a mini bar, snack and hot beverage facility provided for your comfort. In addition to these standard features, the comfortable fireside lounge area in each room is furnished with complementary decanter of sherry & a selection of classic reads, making every suite a private haven from which to enjoy the quiet beauty of the surrounding bush.

Take the N2 from Port Elizabeth to Grahamstown
• 70km's turn right onto the R342 Alexandria / Karel Landman Road
• 4km’s on the Left into Bushmans River Management Centre and Reception
• You will then be transferred to Hlosi Game Lodge a short drive away
• There is a private landing strip 15 km's from Hlosi Game Lodge
• Guests will be collected from the strip
