If you are looking for the perfect little romantic getaway, or a space where you can simply put your feet up, grab a book and enjoy the peace and quiet, then look no further. This little piece of heaven is situated on the ground floor of the Kingston Place development in the world famous Marina Martinique, 15 meters from the water front with a beautifull lawn flowing from the patio onto the channel.

The unit is made up of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and an open plan living area. The front door of the living area is collapsible, opening the whole area up into a flowing tranquil space that one never wants to leave again.

The living room is well equipped with a TV, HiFi (with iPod connector), DSTV (no need to bring your own card) and DVD player. Two comfortable couches can sit 5 people with ease and the one converts into a sleeper couch, allowing an extra two places to sleep.

The bedrooms are equipped with a queen size bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. Both bathrooms have a shower, basin and toilet and the main bathroom also boasts a bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the major appliances that one may need including a fridge / freezer, microwave oven, washing machine and tumble dryer. The unit is also fully equipped with a variety of minor appliances including a kettle, iron, ironing board, toaster and sandwich maker. The crockery and cutlery supplied caters for six people.

Casa JAW is situated in Jeffreys Bay, which is not only famous for its chokka, but also for the “perfect right hand wave”. It is home to the Billabong surf classic and every year sees thousands of surfing fans return again and again to witness the worlds best compete for the ultimate title.

Over the past few years Jeffreys Bay has been one of the fastest growing towns in the country and is no longer the sleepy little coastal town. You can find almost any major shop and restaurant in Jaybay nowadays, but it is still amazing that the place can feel so peaceful.

Directions
From Plettenberg bay side on the N2 - Take first turn off to Jeffreys Bay
From Port Elizabeth on the N2, cross the Gamtoos River, pass first turn off to Jeffreys Bay, go on for another 13km and take the second turn off to Jeffreys Bay.

You will pass the Fountains Shopping Centre and a few new developments.
Go across 2 circles till you reach the first stop (it is a 5 way stop). There is a Petrol Station (Caltex) on the left.
Turn right in Nautilus Road and follow the road to a T-junction. Turn left into Koraal street.
At the first stop turn right into Dolphin.

You will pass an industrial area and township. At the last houses of township on your left, turn left into Island Palm Drive. There is a board that points to the Marina Martinique.
Carry on this road for 1 km till you find the entrance to Marina on Right.
Sign in to visit Kinston Place no.1

Once inside the Marina :

Once you pass the gate turn right and follow the road. At the third street turn left and turn right at the first street.
Follow the road till you come to the first block of apartments on your left hand side. This is Kinston place and Casa JAW is unit no.1.
