Get away from the crowds and relax at our exclusive lodge in the bushveld. Jan and Ronel Rautenbach, your hosts, welcomes you to Pumula lodge, where we strive to make our Guests feel at home with excellent service.

Our Game Farm is set between the beautiful Waterberg Mountains 15km outside Modimolle (Nylstroom) and 25km from Bela Bela (Warmbaths), just 2 hours drive from Johannesburg.

We are pleased to offer you accommodation at our 3 star, Self-Catering lodge. There are 3 units to choose from, a 6 bed, and two 1 bedroom units.

6 Bed Family Unit

This unit has two bedrooms with a queen size bed each. Both bedrooms has air conditioners. Kids enjoy sleeping in the loft room with a bunk bed with its very own tent fashioned around it, to invite play, and one single bed. The loft could easily be changed to accommodate adults. All linen are from the finest quality and fresh bath sheets are provided for each guest.

All the rooms have the use of the fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary modern appliances. Complimentary Coffee/Tea is provided. A dinette and open plan lounge with a LCD TV, DSTV with M-Net, Sports, Movie Chanel and Kyk-Net, DVD available for entertainment. The unit has a newly renovated bathroom and guest toilet.

Relax at the covered patio with private pool, seating and braai/BBQ area.

1 Bedroom Unit

This unit has 1 large bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed, built in cupboard and romantic open plan bathroom with an outdoor shower. We provide fine quality linen and bath sheets. There is a sleeper in the lounge that folds out for small children.

For your private use the Lodge is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, lounge with a LCD TV, DSTV with M-Net, Sports, Movie Chanel and Kyk-Net, under cover patio with table and chairs and BBQ area.

On our 200 acre Game Farm all activities centre around the outdoor life where you can expect to see several indigenous Bushveld tree species, bird life, insects, Wildebeest, Kudu, Nyala, Zebra, Blesbuck, Impala, Warthog and Waterbuck.

We have a well maintained road that lead you from the lodge down to the Savannah and dam area where you can take pictures, view wildlife or try your hand at fishing. There are 2 walking trails on the farm, enjoy taking a leisurely walk amongst the game on the farm.

When the bushveld sun gets to hot, cool down in your very own private crystal clear splash pool (only at the family unit, other guests make use of the pool at the main residence).

End your day with friends and family around a cozy fire at your private BBQ area. Almost every night here in the Bushveld you can experience the awesome brilliance of the star studded night sky.

Directions
From Johannesburg/Pretoria take the N1 North past Bela Bela, take the Modimolle/Marble Hall exit at the Kranskop Toll Plaza. Turn left to Modimolle for 10km. Turn left on the R101 to Bela Bela (Warmbad). Follow the R101 for 10km turn right onto De Nyl Zyn Oog Road for 5km. Farm entrance on right hand side.
