Francistown is accessible via A1 from South & North East and A3 from North (Nata/Kasane) when driving.
When you arrive in Francistown from the South, follow A1 until the second round about (traffic circle). At this round about take the first exit, you are now driving on A3, go on the fly over and at the traffic lights at the corner of Francistown Toyota turn right into Sam Nujoma drive. Follow Sam Nujoma drive until you reach a T-Junction. On the traffic lights at the T-junction turn right into New Bridge road. Then on the next traffic lights turn left. You will drive past Garrison no.1 gate then state prisons and just before the bridge ahead of you turn right and drive straight for about 2.5Km to reach Dumela Lodge.
When you are coming from the North East (Zimbabwe), there are road works currently in progress so follow signs that read MAUN/NATA until you cross the railway line and at the traffic lights turn right. You will drive past Garrison no.1 gate then state prisons and just before the bridge ahead of you turn right and drive straight for about 2.5Km to reach Dumela Lodge.
If you are coming from Maun/ Nata/Kasane along A3, drive between the stadium and airport. Drive until you turn left into NEW BRIDGE ROAD and cross Tati river. At the third traffic lights turn left. You will drive past Garrison no.1 gate then state prisons and just before the bridge ahead of you turn right and drive straight for about 2.5Km to reach Dumela Lodge.
