Sheldon Guest Farm situated between Nelspruit and White River in Mpumalanga offers child friendly self catering accommodation providing a wonderful opportunity to experience nature and farm life. Shaun and Belinda Loudon, parents of 4 children moved to the Lowveld from Johannesburg in 2005. The motivation for our move was to find an ideal environment in which to raise our children. Quality time spent together as a family and giving children the opportunity to play and explore freely while engaging with the magic of nature are things we value highly.
Our luxury self catering cottages provide families the opportunity to come and experience first hand where vegetables come from, gathering eggs, riding on a tractor and attempting to catch a fish. At Sheldon Guest Farm we strive to provide an all encompassing farm life experience which is simply not available to families living in the city.
Sheldon Guest Farm offers accommodation which is ideal for families. We understand the importance of staying in a home away from home where children are free and safe to do the things that children love to do. Families are accommodated in luxury self catering units set in magnificent gardens and tranquil surroundings. Units have a fully equipped kitchen with linen and towels supplied.
The farm is a children's paradise with a jungle gym, trampoline, swings and a 20 ha working farm to explore. Bring your bicycles and fishing gear and don’t forget to bring a hat and your preferred protection from the sun.
Sheldon Guest Farm offers a wide range of activities to be done as a family and also respect that there are times when parents and children need time to be on their own
