This iconic sandstone structure was originally built with locally quarried sandstone in the 1970's and falls within the historic Conquered Lands with its rich cultural heritage. Currently the home of international adventurer, Devlin Fogg, who has recently renovated this majestic property, sharing its beauty and magic with discerning guests seeking a unique getaway experience.

Destiny Castle is also a mere hour and a half drive from Afriski snow resort in Lesotho, which offers snow sports from June till September.

The Warrior Cigar Bar offers guests a space in which to relax and enjoy the finer pleasures. This stately bar also features portraits of Lord Kitchener and General De Wet, who were both prominent players during the Anglo Boer War.

Directions
PREFERED ROUTE: Please do not follow only GPS directions as all farm roads are not loaded accurately.
From Fouriesburg, take the Ficksburg road (R26). Zero your odometer at the Clarens/Bethlehem/Ficksburg intersection. At 7,7km you will get a turning to the
left on the S293 which is a good condition gravel road. At this turning there is a sign for Sandstone City and Shumba Valley. Turn left onto the district road.
After 2.7km you will reach a T-Junction with the S344. Turn left here and proceed 1.5km until you reach the entrance for Destiny Castle and Union House on
your left hand side. Go through the gateway and turn immediately left to park in the large yellow shed. Here you will find the Reception
