Delia Ferguson has been extending a warm welcome to her guests since 1995.

Centrally situated in a lush half acre garden between Rosebank, Sandton and Hyde Park, there are 3 en-suite guest bedrooms, a family suite, a 1 bedroom cottage and a 2 bedroom cottage. Each has its own entrance through a private garden or courtyard.

The 2 bedroom cottage can be taken on a B&B or Self Catering basis. It is fully equipped and beautifully decorated, ideal for longer stays, corporate contracts and families on transfer.

The family suite has twin beds and a separate sitting area with a pull out double bed sleeper couch, it has a fridge and microwave.

All the units have TV with all channels, video and DVD facility, telephones, WIRELESS INTERNET Access (Hot spot)radios, heaters, fans, electric blankets, kettles and complimentary tea, coffee, sweets, biscuits and fresh fruit baskets.

The units are set away from the main house and each other, with secure parking. Entrance through automatic gates.

There is a sparkling swimming pool to enjoy, delicious home cooked dinners by arrangement, laundry, and tours and transfers can be arranged. French spoken.

Directions
Travelling on the M1 South, take the Corlett Drive off-ramp. Turn right and go under the highway bridge. Pass Melrose/Wanderers (2.5km) to top of road. Turn left into Oxford Road and get into right lane. At 1st traffic light turn right into Bompas Road and go all the way to the T-junction at the bottom of road (1.9km). Turn right into Northumberland Ave, go around sharp corner and you will be in Rutland Ave. Continue over one stop and one circle till you see the green Rutland House sign at N0: 48
