Set on the Atlantic Seaboard in the picturesque seaside town of Hout Bay, our Mediterranean style villa is a mere 20 minutes from Cape Town city center and is central to numerous tourist destinations, such as, the Constantia Wine Route, Table Mountain, the Waterfront, the World of Birds and Chapman's Peak Drive.

Our Villa is fully equipped for self catering with an open plan kitchen dining area and lounge area leading out onto various spacious patios all of which overlook the lush garden and offer breathtaking views.

French doors from the open-plan living area lead out onto a beautiful patio and pool area with BBQ/braai facilities where guests may simply relax or entertain family, friends or business associates.

All 7 tastefully furnished bedrooms are en-suite with modern, fully equipped bathrooms. Facilities in rooms include: TV (with DSTV), wireless ADSL, fully stocked mini bar, coffee/tea facilities, mini safe, hairdryer, fan, international plugs, pure cotton sheets, hand & shower towels.

Directions
Direction to Villa Hout Bay Heights from Cape Town International Airport:

From the Airport you take the N2 direction Cape Town:

1. Join the N2 from the airport heading towards Cape Town. Stay in the left hand lane and take the Kirstenbosch / Muizenburg M3 highway turn off. This will take you past the University of Cape Town. At the first set of traffic lights turn right into Rhodes Drive (M63 towards Hout Bay & Kirstenbosch botanical gardens).

2. Once you have passed Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens on your right, you will reach a T-junction. Turn right here and follow the winding road until you reach Constantia Neck. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Hout Bay Road. Continue straight (5.5 km) until you reach a roundabout (the police station will be on your left); take the 2nd exit onto Main Road.

3. Take your first left into Payne Street (409 m). Continue to the top of the road and turn right into Van Hoogstraten Street. Take the first left into Armour Road. Continue to the top of the road and turn left into Penzance Ave - Villa Hout Bay Heights will be directly in front of you (35 Penzance Avenue).

From Cape Town �

1. Follow the M6 through Seapoint / Camps Bay / Llandudno to Hout Bay. Going down The road you will approach a traffic light, immediately before this light is a left turn sign says M63 Constantia. Take this left turn and drive past the first Circle and turn right at the second circle.

2. Take your first left into Payne Street (409 m). Continue to the top of the road and turn right into Van Hoogstraten Street. Take the first left into Armour Road.

Continue to the top of the road and turn left into Penzance Ave - Villa Hout Bay Heights will be directly in front of you (35 Penzance Avenue).
