Liz at Lancaster Guest House offers the best of all worlds. The convenience of Craighall Park, one Johannesburg’s most conveniently located northern suburbs near Rosebank and Sandton; 24 hour connectivity with ADSL; DSTV (satellite TV) in all rooms; the personal touch of a 4 star TGCSA B&B; the privacy and seclusion of spacious en-suite units opening out onto their own private patios; the peace and quiet of a suburban neighbourhood with half-acre properties - all ensure a restful stay at excellent value for money. Remote control access to the property, secure covered designated parking, separate access to each unit, intercoms in all rooms, breakfast served either on your private patio or at a table in your room at a time to suit you, all guarantee that you can come and go as you feel and do not have a sense that you are ‘living in somebody’s private house’. In fact at Liz’s, you are seldom even aware of the other guests staying. Liz has been running her guest house for over fourteen years and Zac Gumbo who also lives on site helps manage it. All the rooms are very spacious with every detail geared for your comfort and pleasant stay. They are all en-suite with shower and bath, own direct telephone lines, and have wall or underfloor heating and fans for summer.

Light lunches and dinners arranged on request with advanced notice. There is also an excellent door-to-door delivery service from the many restaurants in the area.
