With 14 acres of bush-land right in Livingstone Town, this unique place will offer you a variety of accommodation choices with unique characteristics, hotel style rooms, thatched double-story chalets, honeymoon suite chalet, plenty of camping space with clean showers and rest rooms, with pool and dormitories or budget room facilities for all travelers, over-land trucks and backpackers. There's lots of lawn space with palm trees, birds and wildlife.

Fantastic landscape features with waterfalls, a lake with fish, fountains and winding streams make this a place well worth staying at while you enjoy the activities around the Victoria Falls. The Restaurant and bar facilities soon to open will offer a place to relax and chill out in cool surroundings.

Depending on eco-impact, the plan is to have impala, zebra and a few other species roaming the resort. The next phase will be to start the wildlife and bird sanctuary. A snake park will also be put in for the amusement of visitors and to save the snakes that are caught up in the town areas. This will include some crocodiles as well.

Safaris and walks can be arranged into Livingstone’s own Musio Tunya Game Park, or for the more adventurous, safaris can be arranged into the Lower Zambezi, Kafue, Luangwa and even to the Chobe National Park, in Botswana.

Kaazmein staff will arrange for your pleasure any of the activities around Livingstone and the Victoria Falls. A few examples are bungee jumping, gorge swings, abseiling, kayaking, surfing and rafting.

Directions
If you are coming in from Lusaka you turn to your left at the curve in to Katete Road, continue with the same road until you reach the T junction and turn to your right in to Mainasoko Road, immediately on your left is Kaazmein Lodge and resort. Drive for about 100m is the entrance of the lodge.

If you are coming from the airport you turn to your left in to Mosi-oa-Tunya Road, continue with the same road untill you get to obote avenue, turn to your right into abote avenue, continue with the same road untill you get to the mosque, then turn to your left. Drive about 100m to the enterance of the lodge.
