Just below Table Mountain and UCT, the fully equipped, self-catering cottages are quiet and peaceful, but central to all amenities. Cavendish Square Shopping Centre, with cinemas and restaurants, is within walking distance, as are Newlands Cricket and Rugby Grounds and the Newlands Swimming Bath. There are many superb walks and climbs on Table Mountain, and Cape Town's best beaches are less than a half hour’s drive away.

Rondebosch Guest Cottages are attractively furnished and are fully equipped. Each cottage has its own washing machine, microwave and hair dryer, besides the usual appliances such as stoves and two-door fridges. Moon Cottage even has a dish washer. Linen and towels are supplied, with a spare set for those staying longer than just a few days.

The cottages all have clock-radios, telephones and DSTV, and Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge. Each cottage has its own private patio or garden, equipped with a barbecue. Moon Cottage also has a Jacuzzi. The cottage grounds are immaculate, and the cottages are serviced twice a week.

Directions
Pass Rhodes Memorial and UCT on the M3, take the Princess Anne turn-off. This becomes Klipper Road, pass the Cape Town Government Residence and turn right into either Klipper Close or 9 Klipper Road.
