Comfortable, duplex, beachfront, self catering apartments on the West Beach at the Port Alfred river mouth. Perfect position and fully furnished and equipped.
Sleeps 4 - 5 people in 2 upstairs bedrooms. Most of our units are double story 2 bedroom units, and we also have a handful of 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom units sleeping 6 people. Bedrooms have built in cupboards and a balcony with views off the main bedroom. Some are tiled while others are carpeted. Double or Queen size beds in main bedroom with single or bunk beds in 2nd bedrooms. Downstairs is the guest cloakroom plus open plan living area. There is a built in Braai in front or at the back of the units. Most units have an enclosed courtyard with cold water shower, wash line and fresh water tank.

The apartments are not serviced but can be serviced daily if required, staff are available on request. Guests must bring beach and bath towels. TV/ DSTV in most apartments. Some units have full DSTV but most still require the Guest to bring their own DSTV smart card to access DSTV. Ask for a unit with DSTV if you wish to have the facility.

Settler Sands apartments are competitively priced and offer good value. Convenience store and restaurant across the road. Excellent fishing, surfing, swimming, beach walking, bird watching,and many other activities available also.

Directions
From Port Elizabeth or East London, take the R72 coastal road to PORT ALFRED. At the traffic lights ( only one set in Port Alfred ) turn towards the town center. Turn left after half a mile, follow the road to a stop street. Check in at the RE/MAX Kowie office across from the stop street. You will then be directed to the beachfront apartments. Note this office is closed from 12h30pm on Saturdays until Mondays at 8am as well as after 5pm during the week. Kindly make arrangements with us for key collection should you arrive after hours.
