BUT ‘ BEN - This room is very comfortable, with beautiful fittings. It has two single beds, T.V. ceiling fan & heater. The kitchen has all mod cons. There is also a very modern shower & toilet. All bedding, cutlery, etc is provided. The room will be serviced upon request. This room is for two persons.

BUT 'N BEN Extension - This is a big room with a double bed and single bunk beds. There are facilities for "light" catering, all bedding, cutlery and utensils are provided. There is a beautiful bathroom with shower, bath, wash-hand basin etc.; This room will also be serviced upon request. This room is suitable for four persons.

BUT 'N BEN Plus Extension - The two rooms above combined. This is suitable for six persons.

I am an accredited member of the Cape Town Tourism. This is an "environmental friendly establishment", and therefore no smoking is allowed in the rooms. However feel free to sit in the pool area or front garden, and puff away to your hearts content! Each room has it's own entrance, completely separated from the main house. There is off-street parking for your car right next to your door. Plan a day trip to Hermanus, to see the whales. Go to the Wine routes at Stellenbosch/Paarl/Franschoek, and taste the wines. Visit the West Coast, see fields and fields of beautiful flowers. Cape Point, Gordon's Bay, Table Mountain etc., then come back to the BUT 'N BEN for a nice relaxing evening by the sparkling pool.

I am near all the major Cape Town attractions, and the Newlands Rugby and Cricket fields are 10 mins away. The Royal Cape Golf Club is less than five minutes from here. I am a keen hiker, and out-door friend, and will gladly give you any advice on these subjects. The rooms are strictly self-catering. I will provide a continental breakfast in your room on request, for a modest fee.

From N7 at exit 13, Wingfield interchange, follow signs N1 Cape Town From N1 towards Cape Town, when you
pass the Sable Road Junction, get into the L-hand lane and at exit 7, Koeberg interchange, follow signs M5 Muizenberg. Once on the M5, follow directions as from ** From the airport on the N2 towards Cape Town, take exit 11 (M17) towards ATHLONE, (Jan Smuts Drive). Get into R-hand lane. At traffic lights turn R onto the (M18), (Klipfontein Road). Keep in L-Hand lane over bridge, bear L onto M5 Muizenberg ** Head towards Muizenberg, IGNORE EXIT 19! and as you pass over Ottery Road, get into R-hand lane. Turn R at traffic lights into Dick Burton Street, Plumstead. Follow Dick Burton past three stop streets, then turn 3rd R into CHUDLEIGH, then first R MEDWAY.
