The immediate environment of the flat is a birdwatcher’s haven, fisherman’s and nature lover’s time out providing a beautiful and restful area to relax after a day out – just a few steps away you can enjoy a picnic on the grass next to the lake and watch the kingfishers, cormorants and pelicans. Take the N2 towards the city from the airport, turn left onto the M3. follow the M3 all the way to the T junction at the end. Turn left toward Muizenberg. At the traffic lights turn right into the Main Rd. Turn first left into Rutter Rd. At the end, the road leads left into Spinnaker Ave.
