Welcome to Haina Safari Lodge on the northern border of the Central Kalahari Park in Botswana. Classically African, relaxed and informal accommodation is offered in luxury safari tents.

A swimming pool, sun deck, well-appointed bar and an expansive boma eating area are among the facilities available to visitors. The sundeck is a popular spot for social activities and for exchanging accounts of the various sightings of birds and animals seen during the day. The Lodge accommodates up to 20 guests in tented accommodation which are all private with their own decks.

Guided drives by experienced and knowledgeable guides to view the game, teeming bird life and surrounding areas is the most popular pastime. Activities on offer include game drives, quad bike safari and an unforgettable experience with the local bushmen people. For the less adventurous time may be spent absorbing the sun, enjoying a 360-degree view and sampling the delectable fare provided by the resident chef.

Directions
Road connections:

The most obvious and practical route is via Rakops. The last refuelling stop on the main tar road between Maun and Letlhakane. The turnoff to the Haina Conservancy is 18 km north of the Rakops tower. Turn left at the “Haina Safari Lodge”signboard and follow the cut line for +/- 75 km to Haina Safari Lodge.

***Please take note that Rakops is the last fuel supply, where there is diesel and petrol but no unleaded fuel. Unleaded fuel can only be obtained at Lethakane and Maun.

Route via Maun:

From Maun follow road to Makalamabedi. Turn of +/- 52 km. Turn right at Makalamabedi. Drive along the veterinary fence line to Kuke gate. Turn right along the Central Kalahari Game Reserve fence line for approximately 22 km. Turn right at Haina Safari Lodge sign.

Route from Namibia / via Ganzi:

From Ganzi: Drive tar road to Maun. At Kuke Corner turn right into old main gravel road. Drive for +/- 4 km. Turn right at Haina Safari Lodge sign. Follow 2 spoor sand road adjacent to Central Kalahari Game Reserve for 120 km to Haina Safari Lodge signboard.
