All three bedrooms have built-in cupboards, and the master bedroom also boasts a luxurious double bed and magnificent ocean view. Its smart en-suite has marble countertops and heated towel rails, as well as a bath and separate shower. The second and third bedrooms have twin and double beds respectively and the second bedroom boasts amazing ocean views.

The luxury villa has a guest toilet and family bathroom, and the kitchen is superbly finished with light wood cupboards. It comes fully-loaded with all the mod-cons necessary to entertain and cook up a holiday feast, including a dishwasher and even dish towels, not to mention yet another stunning ocean view, which makes spending time in the kitchen a pleasure.

The entire third floor is a superb entertainment area with a second fully-equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. It opens onto a private balcony with a Webber braai, outdoor furniture and an utterly amazing sea view. The perfect place to relax and stretch out on a deck chair with a glass of excellent wine from a world-renowned local winery and watch the unfolding glory of one of Cape Town�s famous sunsets with a few good friends and a great deal of cheer. For those not content to stay in and entertain, a white sand beach and surfeit of top class restaurants are within easy walking distance of the complex.

Route beschrijving
In order to get to Camps Bay from the airport take the N2 southbound, following the signs to Cape Town, going past the townships and the cooling towers.

You will then see signs for the M3 to Muizenberg (to the left) or M3 to Cape Town (to the right). Continue to follow the signs to Cape Town.

The N2 merges with the M3, and shortly afterwards will split into De Waal Dr (the left two lanes) and Eastern Boulevard (the three right hand lanes). Stay in the right hand lanes.

Follow Eastern Boulevard to the end (a large intersection with signs to the V&A Waterfront to the right) where it runs straight into Buitengracht Street. Go directly into Buitengracht St, and continue straight up towards the mountain (following the signs towards the cable car). Keep following this road (the name has now changed to Kloof Nek Rd) up and over the hill, until you come out the other side where the road changes into Camps Bay Drive which will lead you down into Camps Bay.

Take the 3rd road to your left, Fiskaal. The road forks, take the right hand fork which is Chas Booth. Continue straight down until you find Susan road to your right. Turn right into Susan Road and then first right into Isadore Cohen Drive. There is a steep driveway to your left before the cul-de-sac, which is the Roodeberg complex. Villa Combrink is unit 13 Roodeberg.
