Private double storey house right on Blue Flag Beach of Stilbay on the Garden Route, 337 kms from Cape Town; 37 kms from Riversdale ; 120 kms from Mosselbay.

A beautiful scenic golf course is situated right in the middle of town.

The Blue Flag Beach is just one minute's walk from the house by means of a boardwalk.

The town of Stilbay has a lively and busy commercial hub with shops, boutiques, restaurants, pubs, art galleries and nurseries.

The house consists of:

3 en-suite double bedrooms; 1 single bedroom with separate bathroom and TV (DSTV). Double sleeper couch (sleeps 9 in total) Open plan kitchen downstairs with all amenities as well as a scullery with a dish washing machine, washing machine, tumble drier and large freezer.

Upstairs is a kitchenette with a fridge, basin, microwave oven and kettle. 2 balconies, 1 fireplace which may be used for interior barbecue, 1 gas barbecue, inside

Stilbay is famous for its wonderful fishing coastline.
The sea is safe for swimming, kayaking, surfing, kite surfing.
Stilbay has a very wide and long river which is popular for skiing and boating/fishing.

All these as well as many beautiful hiking trails are walking distance from our house.
