If it is value you are looking for, why not stay at "Ann's House" in beautiful Plettenberg Bay. Prices compare with backpacker establishments, but without the noise, hustle and bustle.

Ann has three, charming, little, fully equipped, self catering units in her well maintained garden.

SUN COTTAGE" is detached from the main house and has one and a half bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed the half room a single bed. The lounge has a
trundle bed (one bed slides out from under the other). so it can sleep up to 5 people. That does not mean that it must take so many people. It is REAL comfort for two and makes a lovely spot for a honeymoon as it is so private.

SAND PEBBLES is a studio apartment attached to the main house in the front. It has a private entrance, a balcony which looks out over the bay, and includes a lock-up garage for your vehicle. "Sand pebbles" has two single beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath. There is no sitting room but there are comfortable easy chairs on the balcony.

SKY SCRAPER is the smallest. It is a real bachelors pad, but it can sleep two people. It too has a fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom.
It is at the back of the house, has a separate entrance and comfortable seating area outside for a summer braai.

Ann's House does not have a swimming pool, but within walking distance there is an olympic sized swimming pool and gym, The funpark called "Waterworld" is alongside it as well as the miniature railway where small children get to experience the old world of steam engines.

Robberg and Central beaches are a ten minute walk away as are the Beacon Island Hotel and shops and restaurants.

The Jewish Shul is within walking distance.

In fact "Ann's House" is very conveniently situated to every thing that Plettenberg Bay has to offer.

Plettenberg Bay has so much to offer. There is the sea and all that is in it. Come in the winter and watch the whales. Come in the summer and surf the waves. Come in the spring and climb the mountains. Come in the autumn and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. If its activity you want there is an enormous amount to do from gently walking the beach to sky diving or white water rafting and bungy jumping. Sporting activities abound, Ann's House is close to the country club which has Golf, Tennis, Bowls, and Bridge. You can go bird watching, or tree hunting. Plettenberg Bay has it all and Ann's House is in the thick of it

Route beschrijving
Turn into Plettenberg Bay off the N2 at the Piesang Valley Road Turn off. Travel all the way down almost to the end. On the right you will see a lot of boats parked on the pavement outside a block of shops. At this point turn right into Robberg Road. Proceed a short distance up the hill and no 35 is on the right. It is a white house with a grey roof and grey paving.
