Grosvenor House is a beautiful newly renovated modern home offering spectacular views of False Bay and the mountains over Simon's Town's Harbour. The home is centrally situated on the mountain side conveniently within walking distance to the beach and Simon's Town centre in addition to the penguin colony at Boulders Beach.

The openplan design brings in the light through the large windows and double doors leading onto the large wooden deck. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and leads off the dining area. Set against the mountain offering unforgettable sunrises. All bedrooms have a modern en-suite bathrooms, and top quality bedding. 4 bedrooms are in the main house upstairs, and 1 spacious and luxurious en-suite bedroom in a separate apartment downstairs, with large sliding doors leading onto a veranda.

Guests are invited to relax at the solar heated pool of the small guesthouse next door (with direct access from the house, safety fence for toddlers in place).

Open plan kitchen, lounge, dining area leading onto deck. The Gourmet kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with modern appliances. Large breakfast Island with bar chairs. The use of fresh colours and stylish interior design make this a very special home away from home. The hosue is sunny and has a lovely ambiance. A refreshing home in an ‘historical area’.

Centrally located in Simon's Town high up against the mountain slopes, the Grosvenor Guest House offers you an ideal base from which to explore the Cape Point Route. A winding pathway from the guest house will take you down to the Main Road of Simon's Town and directly into the village with its myriad of interesting little clothing, jewellery, furniture, curio and bric-a-brac stores, coffee shops and restaurants.

Route beschrijving
Take M3 from Cape Town or airport. Drive though Muizenberg, Kalk Bay and the village of Simon's Town. Look out for police station on the left. 2 roads after the police station turn right into FOREST HILL RD. Look out for NO 39 on the left hand side of the road at the end of the Cul Du Sac.
