Flintstones Apartments are beautifully situated on the hillside above the long stretch of Longbeach.
The Kommetjie beach is only 4 km away. Shops such as the Long Beach Mall are 1 km away; Simonstown is 3 km, Cape Town City Center 34 km, the Cape of Good Hope 35km. It is very centrally located to all attractions in the Cape Town and Peninsula region. The house is situated in a quiet and safe residential area of Capri Village on Tobago Way. The apartments are built and decorated in an unusual Moorish / Moroccan style. You have the choice of 2 different apartments:

FRED'S PLACE
is perfect for a family of 4-5. A baby cot can be provided in addition. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one sleeps 2 one sleeps 3. There is a fully equipped kitchen with toaster, microwave, kettle, big fridge/freezer, sink and all the cutlery and crockery you need for up to 5 people. The family bathroom is next to the romantic main bedroom and open plan. It offers a stunning shower/ bath with beautiful mosaics, a basin and toilet. There is a safe, DSTV and internet access. A private terrace with outdoor furniture and Braai (barbeque) offers a spectacular view into the valley, towards Chapman’s Peak and towards the endless stretch of Longbeach.

BARNEY'S PLACE
is perfect for a couple of 2. A baby cot can be provided though. It has a romantic bedroom with a lovely candleholder decoration, a modern but rustic fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful wooden worktop, a beautiful bathroom with shower, a safe, a small lounge area with a cosy fire place, a TV, internet access, private garden and terrace with outdoor furniture, and a Braai (barbeque).

The property is fully fenced, very safe and there is secure parking on the premises.
The Swiss architect and owner is staying on the premises and will look after all your needs.
All the finishes of the apartments are unique hand chosen and handcrafted items often made from solid wood, brass and other exquisite materials and mosaics. This is a truly exceptional and different kind of accommodation that you will truly enjoy!

Directions
From Airport take N2 to Cape Town.
Turnoff on M3 South towards Muizenberg.
At the end of M3 turn right into M42.
After only 1km turn left into M64 Ou Kaapse Weg.
Drive over Ou Kaapse Weg Mountain Pass (10 min).
Coming down Ou Kaapse Weg, drive straight until the second traffic light.
Turn right at the traffic light into Kommetjie Main Road (M 65).
At the next traffic light turn left into Capri, drive along Capri Road,
take the 3rd turn left into Bermuda, drive up the mountain,
take the 3rd turn right into Tobago Way, drive on to number 32 on the right hand side.
The driving time from the Airport is about 30 – 40 minutes (distance 39 km).
