5 Third Avenue Guesthouse, located in the garden suburb of Walmer, is the closest of any form of accommodation to PE airport. We offer clean and comfortable self-catering accommodation in 8 private rooms each with own kitchenette and shower-en-suite. The accommodation is set back from the road which makes for a quiet oasis close to major amenities. Six of our rooms look out over the pool and barbecue lapa area. Rates: R350 for a room for one person and R450 for a room for two people per night. A room sleeps 2 people. A 3rd fold out mattress can be added for R60 (children) or a single bed for a R100. Family unit also available. WiFi Available in designated areas. Internet available in reception The price for breakfast is not included in my rate - it will be an additional R60 per person. Please note we do have house rules. A copy can be emailed to you on request. Please note if you are checking in later then 21h00 prior arrangements must be made. Rate differs December/January holiday period.

In each unit there is a ceiling fan, heater, fridge, microwave oven, two plate stove, TV with M-Net, kettle, toaster and cutlery/crockery. Bedding and towels are supplied. We provide Shower Gel, Hand Soap, Dishwashing Liquid, Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Powder Milk. Please bring your own Shampoo, BATH soap, face cloth and BEACH towels. (Available on request). -We are also self catering - 3rd Fold out mattress can be added for a nominal charge - We are a non-smoking establishment but guests who wish to smoke may do so in the barbecue area. - Secure on-site parking & private entrance - Safe Available - Baby camp cot available on request

Our Address is Nr 5 Third Avenue in WALMER (please make sure you select THIRD AVENUE in WALMER on your GPS as we have 4 suburbs in Port Elizabeth which have a THIRD AVENUE) If your GPS does not give you the choice you must rather enter HEUGH ROAD which intersects with Third Avenue. ------ DIRECTIONS: From N2, Take M4 Settler’s Way towards the City / Summerstrand / Beach / Walmer. M4 Settler's Freeway ends at a big intersection with a set of traffic lights. Turn right at this intersection into Walmer Boulevard. Follow Walmer Boulevard for about 3km. (you will pass the fire station on your left and then a Kwik Spar on the right a bit further along). Turn left into Third Avenue. Nr 5 (our Guest House) is on the left hand side – a white house with a red roof. Ring the bell at the driveway gate and we will open for you. OR: We are in the same Road as the Airport. As you exit the Airport turn left. We are on the Right Hand Side 0.3km away. (PS we do not have a noise problem with the aeroplanes) Co-ordinates: 33degrees, 58min 44.75sec south AND 25 degrees, 36 min 26.88sec east. (punch in Heugh Road)
