UNTERKUNFTSEINRICHTUNGEN

Zimmereinrichtungen

	All rooms including the patio have efficient ceiling fans.

	All bedrooms are non smoking.

	DSTV is available through the lounge television.

	Main bedrooms has colour television with remote for Standard SABC and MNet.

	Modern mahogany bar with 6 stools, 2 bar fridges, electric ice crusher, a comprehensive selection of glasses and so much more. Cheers! Plus a fully equipped pool table.

	Children welcome.

	Top loader Speed Queen and tumble drier.

	The swimming pool is off the main patio and is covered with a safety net.

	The house has a double car garage with electronic doors and plenty of extra parking. In addition the estate is fenced and gated and has 24 hour roaming patrols.

	There is a modern kitchen and separate scullery with granite tops. Equipment includes double door fridge and freezer, dish washer, convection microwave, eye level oven, gas hob, extractor fan, coffee machine and everything else you may need.

	There are tennis and squash courts at the Country Club.

Örtliche Einrichtungen

	The pub at the Country Club is a comfortable walk away, plus there are numerous other pubs within a five minute drive.

	There are a number of hairdressing and beauty salons within a five to fifteen minute drive.

	You can choose between a leisurely ride through the estate or any of the numerous biking trails around.

	The Emnotweni Casino is about 15 minutes drive away.

	Casterbridge Centre at only 3 kms away, hosts the Barnyard Theatre as well as a cinema complex. The Riverside Mall, only 15 kms away, has all the usual Mall entertainment facilities.

	Mpumalanga is famous for its trout fishing. We are located in the centre of the trout fishing area with many fine dams and streams close by.

	The incomparable Kruger National Park is only 30kms away through the Numbi Gate.

	The house is build on the championship White River course. In addition the following courses are all within a 30 minute drive: Nelspruit, Malelane, Leopard Creek, Sabi River, Kruger Park Lodge and Skukuza.

	There is a Gym in nearby White River.

	Take a stroll through the Estate, a walk in the surrounding forests or tackle the challenging escarpment trails.

	There are stables and numerous horse trails around. But for a unique experience try the game trails on horseback!

	The trendy Casterbridge Centre has a variety of shops ranging from curios and candles to magnificent furniture. The new Riverside Mall offers a full spectrum of shops, restaurants and entertainment.

	Various local tours are available including night safaris to Kruger Park, sightseeing to Blyde River Canyon as well as many cultural and historical tours.

	Take your pick from abseiling, bridge swinging, hot air ballooning, river rafting, white water tubing and quad biking. And for the less adventurous, visit the Sudwala caves or pan for gold at Pilgrims Rest. You just may be lucky!
