An up-market, furnished and fully equipped very spacious loft at the Knysna Quays, suited to 2 adults. Bunkbed in one corner for 2 small kids if required. The Knysna Quays is a security marine development situated on the Knysna Waterfront. It contains a queen size bed, dressing table and cupboards in a section closed off with screens. Mostly furnished with high quality yellow-, black-, stinkwood and Oregon pine furniture and antiques. There is also a bathroom with Victorian bath (shower over bath, basin, toilet). Although the studio is open plan, the bathroom is fully enclosed. Patio with table and chairs and Hot Rock braai. Parking in front of the unit or in the complex (about 10 metres from the unit). It has a gas stove (new type with oven), kettle, microwave, toaster, TV and fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped. I supply linen and towels. The unit is not serviced. Rate quoted - 2 adults. Kids extra R50/child per day It is walking distance from town ( ± 1km) and 100m from the Waterfront. Secure parking

Min 5 nights booking in Des/Jan. Rate quoted is for 2 Adults. 2 small kids can be accommodated on bunk bed @ R50 per child extra per night. Cancellation and deposit refund policy, except for Dec/Jan, Easter and Oyster Festival: Cancellation 30 days before arrival date and longer - Full deposit will be refunded minus 10% admin fee. Cancellation 15 days to 30 days before arrival date – 50% of deposit will be refunded. Cancellation 8 days to 14 days before arrival – no deposit will be refunded. Cancellation 0 - 7 days before arrival date - full payment will be required (50% deposit, plus outstanding 50%), unless we can secure a booking in your place, within that week, for the same amount (or part thereof, in which case you will be responsible for the difference Des/Jan, Easter and Oyster Festival Cancellation policy: No refunds will be given of any monies paid, regardless of the amount of time up to check-in date. If another booking can be obtained from another source, a partial or full refund will be made (less 10% admin fee), depending on the value of the new booking. We cannot be held responsible for the weather. If guests decide to check out earlier or not check in at all due to rainy weather, no refunds can be given.
