

From Port Elizabeth International Airport: 1. Start by heading north on Airport West Road for about 49 metres. 2. When you get to the roundabout, take the second exit onto Allister Miller Drive. You'll go through one more roundabout here and continue for approximately 1.4 kilometres. 3. Next, turn left onto Forest Hill N/B Road and drive for roughly 850 metres. 4. Use any lane to turn right onto Walmer Boulevard/M9 and continue for about 600 metres. 5. Get into the middle lane to turn left onto the Settlers Highway/M4 (look out for the R75/Grahamstown/Uitenhage signs) for 68 metres. 6. Keep right to stay on the M4 for the next 6.7 kilometres. 7. Use the right two lanes to take Exit 751B and merge onto the N2 toward Grahamstown. You will stay on this road for about 45.5 kilometres. 8. Continue straight to remain on the N2 for another 450 metres. 9. This road will then become the N10. Continue on the N10 for 35.6 kilometres. 10. Turn left when you see the signs for Kromrivier. Drive for 24.5 kilometres. 11. About 14.5 kilometres into this road, you'll pass Wildemans Lodge. Continue past it for another 11 kilometres until you reach our reserve gate. Keep an eye out for our Barefoot Addo Elephant Lodge signs along the gravel road! 12. Turn left and drive for 1.9 kilometres. 13. Take a sharp left turn and proceed for 210 metres. 14. Barefoot Addo Elephant Lodge will be right in front of you! Please note that there is a 26 km-long gravel road leading to the lodge. Guests should enquire with us if it is suitable for Sedan & SUVs; we always recommend using a SUV, 4x4 or High Clearance Vehicle. Please note that we are not part of the Addo Elephant National Park. We are situated about an hour away from the main gate.
