From Barrydale on the R62: (+- 100km) Coming from Barrydale after about 70kms, you will notice a Right turn off to RIVERSDALE. Go straight on past that for another 4kms and Turn left for LAINGSBURG. Continue for approx 10km. Turn left @ T-Junction for LAINGSBURG. Continue for approx 4km. Turn Right into VOORBAAT (good gravel rd). Continue for 4kms. (Rock face on the right, up a hill & down, then around several bends) Continue until you see large blue gum trees and a small bridge over river. Take immediate next left (sign for Beecatcher) Continue along farm lane for about 1km (you will go past several buildings on the left and a small farm) . Keep straight at the fork in the road (sign for Beecatcher). Keep along the farm lane following the signs. You might need to open and close one or two farm gates to get to the Beecatcher Guest Farm where we will meet you. Directions from Oudtshoorn to Beecatcher Guest Farm: •Follow the Route 62 for about 100 km via Calitzdorp to Ladismith. •As you enter Ladismith, keep on straight. Proceed past the left turn to Route 62 Barrydale/Montagu. •The road then makes a sharp turn to the right which you follow until you get to a T-junction. You will notice a sign indicating a left turn to Beecatcher Guest Farm. •Turn left onto the road to Laingsburg. •Continue for 18 kms along a beautiful scenic road. (You will pass two turn-offs to Dwarsrivier on your right and also a left turn to Barrydale. Here you will loose cellphone reception. •At the sign “VOORBAAT “ you turn right onto a good gravel road. •Continue for 4kms. (Rock face on the right, up a hill & down, then around several bends) •Continue until you see large blue gum trees cross a bridge over the river. •Take next turn left at the sign for Beecatcher. •Continue on farm lane for about 1km (you will go past several buildings and pass through some farms). •Keep straight along the gravel road until you get to the Beecatcher Guest Farm where we will meet you.
