Directions

Take the N2 north of Port Elizabeth. Turn left onto the R335; drive +/- 40km and pass through the town of Addo. Then turn left onto the R336 and drive for 12,5 km to Avoca B+B sign. The marked turn for Avoca, and Birchmore Way, is on the right side of the road! Or Port Elizabeth to Avoca via Uitenhage/Kirkwood: - Take the Uitenhage – Graaff-Reinet Road / R75 North. From Uitenhage drive 30km and turn right onto the 1st Kirkwood turn on your right (Tar road). Drive 15km to the T-Junction. At the R336 T-Junction turn right, towards Addo, and travel approximately 18km. You will see Summerville Pack House on your left. Turn left immediately after the Pack House, onto Birchmore Way – following signs for Avoca River Cabins.
