Directions to Nyati Wilderness From the N1 take the Marble Hall / Nylstroom (Modimole) turn off (just after the 3rd toll plaza) and go through Nylstroom. As you are about to leave Nylstroom there is a prison that is the road to Vaalwater Travel through Vaalwater, just as you are about to leave Vaalwater there is a shopping centre (Zeederberg Spa). Turn right here past the Academy. PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE WHEN LEAVING VAALWATER. Travel on the tar road for approx 30km until you see a right turn for Visgat. (Keep a lookout for this small sign). Turn right on the Visgat road and travel don the dirt track until you come to a T-junction after approx 11km Turn left at the T-junction and follow the signs for Doornleegte After the T-junction continue straight pass the Success road After approximately 23km from the T-junction you will see the Kwalata main gate on your right recessed from the road. (Zingela access) Should you miss the main gate approx 3km further is the "Office" gate (Valamanzi & wedding/ conference access). The trip is approximately 3.5 hours from Johannesburg if you leave at midday. If you leave after that you can add on up to 90 minutes for rush hour traffic. The road at night is difficult to navigate.
