Directions From Cape Town Take the N1 to Worcester. In Worcester take the R60 to Robertson. Continue on this road, which will at this point turn in to the R62. Travel through Ashton, Montagu, Barrydale and Ladismith. Seven kilometres before Calitzdorp, take the Matjiesvlei turn-off on your left. Travel seven kilometres on this gravel road (ignoring one turn-off on your left, called 'Die Kom') until you reach a T-junction. Turn left and pass 'The Old School House' on your left, 'The River Farm' (this is our house) on your right, and the sheds on your left. And you will see the River View Cottages up on the hill, on your left. If you reach the river, you have gone too far.
